Unless of course, you were trying to get more customers to come through your door.

Michelin star restaurants are fantastic, we need them, innovation along with striving for perfection.

BUT… is it the right MARKETPLACE for YOU?

It all STARTS with who is your Customer (Your Market).
Do you know?
Most catering food businesses actually don’t know who their MARKET is and then continually struggle.

You actually DON’T want to be doing a 2 for 1, whether you are a Michelin star restaurant or the local cafe on the industrial estate down the road.
You are de-valuing your food.
You are de-valuing what your all about.

Ask yourself this question…

HOW CAN YOU ADD MORE VALUE TO YOUR CUSTOMER?

If you show more value you can still CHARGE the same price!
Think about this today, because the moral of this true story is, your customers want Great Value, NOT cheap prices.
